I have been running!!! Yay!!!

Ok its short distance I have to go less for a bit.. till the ankle heals completely.. but I will take it..

I can ride my bike.. that's where I have added my miles at..

So the last two days I have ran and rode my bike... yay!! makes me feel much better.

Now to get rid of those few pounds I have gained over the last few weeks while I wasn't running.

It has rained here a bit today.. that's nice its been so dry.

I hope it stays dry for Sunday.. I really don't want 40 youth in my house.. hehe..

I saw the Dr. on Friday about my ankle. Good news.. I can run on it again.. but limited miles he said. My tendons are the problem. So I'm scheduled for some physical therapy. So hopefully insurance pays for that. I need to call and check on that today.

Michael and Mckay have a little wager going. Mckay has to bring down his 3K time to 12:00 or under and if he does. Michael agreed to run 6 miles straight. I will let ya know how it goes.

Mckay has been knocking time off every week. Last Saturdays meet wasn't to good for the team. They were a little disappointed.

The pool is completely put away now. :( how sad..

Ok I better get moving. got lots to clean today.

The church youth is coming over this Sunday. We are going to have a bon fire, so hopefully it will be fun!

Ankle still giving me fits.. no relief in sight. waiting on another doctor to look at Xrays..

So I haven't been running at all.. I hate that..

Just jogging a bit last weekend to get pictures of Mckay at his cross country meet it killed me..

Mckay's cross country times are getting better each week.

Seth's grades are looking good still.

We sold Michael's old truck so now the drive has one less vehicle.. that is nice.

I made Mckay a birthday cake yesterday.. and he unwrapped gifts from us and his grandparents.

I finally decided to get him a new pair of skateboard shoes and a new video game...

The pool is finally drained.. and about ready to fold and put away for the season.

I need to go shopping for his birthday gift. He did get his cell phone as an early b-day gift. I think I will wrap the box up for him for a nice reminder..

I'm counting down the days till I can go out and run. This weather is killing me.. its nice and cool in the mornings.. Great day to run.. I'm waiting till tomorrow.

Still taking the meds for the ankle. I guess I will see how its feels in the morning.

I cant believe this week is about over where did it go?

School is killing my pocket book. Every time I turn around the boys are needing money for something. Gotta love it.

I guess I should do something productive around here today.. clean or something. its been a lazy week I will admit.

Michael has a meeting after work today about our insurance that should be fun. I'm sure its going up again. never fails each year its more and more.
