Although all the days in the summer run together.. Michael is not working this weekend that will be nice.
Mckay is going to spend the night with Granny and Pappy. He is going to help dad work on a truck. I think Mckay will have fun.
I need to think of something fun to do with Seth so he isn't disappointed.
I think we will probally go to town and run a few errands today maybe look for the one piece swim suit again. Mom called me last night and said there is a sale at JcPenny's today on suits. it really is almost to late in the season to find something they are picked over.
Construction guys are still working on the neighbors garage. Not much hammering yet. The are working on the siding.
Not sure what else we are planning this weekend. The boys already got their Father his gift. I hope he likes what they picked out for him.
We made ice cream last night after dinner. it was yummy but different.
While the ice cream was churning the boys lighted a few sparklers. then got the glow sticks out. the attached them to one of their nerf football things and passed it back and forth. it was fun to watch. They just had a hard time getting the glow sticks to stay on the ball. I tried to take pic but it was just to dark all you saw was the glow sticks. hehe
I did go to Joann's yesterday and got a few cool things.

Too cool about the ice cream! Maybe one of these years, we'll actually get ours out of the basement and use it ;) We've probably had it close to 10 years and never used it :( I can remember homemade ice cream growing up...It was a *really* special treat because that the old crank one. Gramps and Dad would take turns (and whoever else was there that day) turning the crank all that time that it needed done to make the ice cream.
